Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

DysClever is a trade name of Fodiso B.V., Laat 3, 8309 DC Tollebeek, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 92862950. VAT NL866197126B01. Email: info@fodiso.com.

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account with DysClever.

2. What DysClever does

DysClever is a web app for studying. You add your own study material. The app uses AI to turn it into an overview and notes, reads it to you and quizzes you. The app is for high school, vocational school, college, university and for your job.

Are you under 16? Then you need permission from your parent or guardian. They give it when your account is created. Your parent also takes out the subscription and pays for it.

3. Free trial

After you create your account, you can use everything for free for 7 days. You don't enter any payment details. After the trial, we never charge you automatically.

4. Subscription and price

The subscription costs €12.99 per month, VAT included.
You make the first payment with iDEAL or a credit card. By doing so, you give permission for automatic direct debit for the following months.
Do you subscribe during the trial? Then your first paid month only starts after the trial.
The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
If the price goes up, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. You can then cancel before the new price starts.

5. Canceling

You can cancel anytime, in the app under Account, with one tap. There is no notice period. You can keep using everything until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, we don't charge you anything.

6. Money back

Within 14 days of your first payment, you can ask for your money back, without giving a reason. Email us at info@fodiso.com. You get the full amount back within 14 days. Your subscription then stops right away.

7. Practice together and 1 month free

After a quiz, you can share your questions with a link. Anyone with the link can practice the questions without an account.
Does someone create an account through your link within 30 days and make their first payment? Then you both get 1 month free.
Do you have a subscription? Then your next payment moves one month later. Are you still in your trial? Then your trial lasts one month longer.
This works once per new account. You can't invite yourself.
When the link is shared, the share text shows that you both get one month free.

8. Your material

What you put in the app stays yours.
Only add material you are allowed to use for your own studies.
The app is for you alone. Don't share your account with others.

9. AI

The app makes overviews, notes and questions with AI. They can contain mistakes. Not sure? Check your book or ask your teacher.

10. Fair use

You can use the app as much as you want to study. To prevent misuse, you can ask the AI something up to 800 times per day, and 30 times per minute. When you study normally, you won't notice this.

You can make podcasts up to 3 hours per month, and 30 minutes during the free trial. Listening again doesn't count and is always possible.

11. Deleting your account

You can always delete your account yourself in the app. Your subscription then stops too. All your material is deleted right away, on all your devices.

12. Liability

We do our best to keep the app working well at all times. If something still goes wrong through our fault, we are never liable for more than what you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not apply if we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

13. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@fodiso.com. You will get an answer within 14 days.

14. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
